/// What We Provide

Labor, coordination, and gear — handled as one job.

Most AV problems on event day come from three separate vendors who never talked to each other. We don't split the work up that way.

01 — Labor

AV Labor

Trained hands for load-in, rigging, signal patch, and strike — briefed on your run of show before they touch a case.

  • Load-in / load-out crews
  • Audio, lighting & video techs
  • Rigging & power distribution
02 — Coordination

Event Coordination

One point of contact on the ground managing timing, vendors, and the inevitable last-minute change.

  • Day-of show calling
  • Vendor & venue liaison
  • Real-time schedule adjustments
03 — Equipment

Rental Packages

Sound, lighting, and video packages scoped to your room and your run of show, not oversold.

  • PA & wireless mic systems
  • Stage & wash lighting
  • Screens, projection & switching

Project Management

Bigger events don't fail on show day — they fail six weeks earlier, when nobody owns the full timeline. We now run that timeline for you, from first planning call to final invoice.

Pre-production planning

Budgets, vendor contracts, and a master timeline built before anyone touches a truck.

Run-of-show documentation

A single cue-by-cue schedule every department works from.

On-site production management

A dedicated manager calling cues in real time as the day unfolds.

Post-event wrap-up

Vendor reconciliation, equipment returns, and a debrief for next time.

/// About

Built by people who've stood at the back of the room during the wrong cue.

Anderson Technical LLC started as an AV labor crew and grew into full event coordination because clients kept asking who's actually in charge of making sure this all happens on time. Now we are.

We work directly with planners, venues, and in-house teams — showing up as an extension of your staff, not a vendor you have to manage on top of everything else.

/// What We Repair

Structure first. Everything else depends on it.

We work in the order a property actually needs — assess the bones, fix what's failing, then bring the finish work back to its intended condition, residential or commercial.

01 — Structural

Foundation & Framing

Foundation stabilization, sill and joist replacement, and framing repair for settling or water-damaged structures.

  • Foundation crack & settling repair
  • Joist & beam replacement
  • Load-bearing wall correction
02 — Historic

Period Restoration

Plaster, millwork, and trim repair matched to a building's original era — not replaced with modern substitutes.

  • Lime & horsehair plaster repair
  • Original millwork restoration
  • Window & sash rehabilitation
03 — Commercial

Commercial Restoration

Storefront, office, and multi-family repair that keeps a property in code and open for business.

  • Storefront & facade rebuilds
  • Tenant improvement compliance
  • Multi-family common area repair
04 — Systems

Renovation Management

Electrical, plumbing, and roofing brought up to code without tearing the property apart to do it.

  • Code-compliance upgrades
  • Roofing & envelope repair
  • Permit & inspection coordination
/// Every Project Starts Here

The condition report.

Before we quote anything, we walk the property — house or commercial building — and document exactly what's sound, what's failing, and what should be watched.

Full structural walkthrough

Foundation, framing, roof, and envelope assessed element by element.

Plain-language findings

Each item rated sound, watch, or priority — no vague "recommend further review."

Itemized cost ranges

A working budget for priority repairs before you commit to a contract.

/// How We Work

From walkthrough to final walkthrough.

The same sequence, every project, so nothing gets covered up before it's been checked — house or commercial building.

01

Assessment & report

We walk the property and deliver a written condition report with ratings and cost ranges.

02

Scope & permitting

We define the repair scope with you and pull the permits before any work starts.

03

Structural repair

Foundation, framing, and systems work happens first, in the order the property needs it.

04

Restoration & finish

Plaster, millwork, facades, and finish detail are repaired to match the property's intended character.

05

Final walkthrough

We review every item from the original report with you before calling the job done.
