Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to the website operated by Anderson Technical, including Anderson Restoration content describing project-management work for Southern Elite Contracting. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
1. Website information only
The website provides general information about audiovisual production, event project management, restoration, renovation, construction coordination, and related services. Website content is not engineering, architectural, environmental, legal, insurance, safety, or other professional advice. Conditions, code requirements, availability, pricing, and appropriate methods vary by project and location.
2. Requests are not contracts
Submitting a form, requesting a quote, sending project information, or receiving an initial response does not create a contract, duty to perform, contractor-client relationship, reservation, or guarantee of availability. Restoration and construction inquiries may be referred to or handled in coordination with Southern Elite Contracting. Services begin only under a separate written agreement or other express written confirmation from the contracting party identified in that agreement. Website descriptions and budget ranges are not binding estimates or offers.
3. Emergencies and hazardous conditions
Do not use this website to report an emergency. For fire, active flooding, electrical danger, structural instability, hazardous materials, medical emergencies, or threats to safety, contact 911 and the appropriate utility, property authority, insurer, or qualified emergency provider. Do not enter or disturb an unsafe area while awaiting a response.
4. Your submissions
You represent that information you submit is accurate, lawful, and yours to provide. Do not submit confidential third-party information or highly sensitive personal data unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure method. You grant us permission to use your submission to evaluate, respond to, plan, and potentially perform the requested services, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a manner that disrupts service, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or deceptive material, or use website content in a way that infringes rights or violates law.
6. Intellectual property
The website design, text, graphics, branding, logos, photographs, videos, and other content are owned by Anderson Technical or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal evaluation of our services. No other reproduction, distribution, modification, commercial use, or creation of derivative works is authorized without prior written permission.
7. Illustrative content and third-party links
Project images, examples, renderings, descriptions, and results may be illustrative. Outcomes depend on actual site or event conditions and are not guaranteed. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we do not control or endorse all third-party content, availability, security, or practices.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anderson Technical and its owner, divisions, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, opportunities, or goodwill, arising from website use. Our aggregate liability arising solely from the website will not exceed $100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law and do not replace the terms of a signed service agreement.
10. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Anderson Technical harmless from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the website or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising solely from website use must be brought in a state or federal court with proper jurisdiction in Tennessee, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Before filing, the parties should make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally by written notice.
12. Changes and severability
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
13. Contact
Questions may be sent to anderson.technical@icloud.com or directed to 656-203-7607.
These website terms do not replace project-specific proposals, contracts, change orders, waivers, warranties, insurance requirements, or safety documentation.
